Did not know them, they were recommended by a family member. Called a wrecker service that I was familiar with. He even spoke highly of the Ryals.
They're often pretty busy, but it's well worth the wait to have them look at your vehicle and give you an honest estimate rather than go someplace else. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I've been taking my vehicles to Ryal's for years and they have always taken good care of me and my family. Very competitive repair costs, good people, and they NEVER try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs like many places do. If you have a small issue that isn't an emergency, they'll be completely honest with you and let you know when and if it will ever be a problem down the road.
They gave me a reasonable quote. The did several extra things that I did not even think were included such as put in a new thermostat when they changed the water pump. It was ready when promised.
