Took forever to get my food.. they won't take your order until they give the person ahead of you theirs.. this is in the drive thru line.. it's definitely not fast food
Several days now, when going through the drive thru, everyone in line is asked to wait immediately upon pulling up to place their order, and isn't spoken to again until the customer in front of them has finished paying, gotten their food, and drove off. Then, it takes 5 minutes to place an order for 3 items that I already planned on ordering before pulling up to the menu. Once, I can forgive this, but over 5 times in 3 weeks is absolutely unacceptable.
The staff was very friendly. It was clean. Our orders were ready within a good time.
This Taco Bell is right off the I restate 55 and is easy to locate. The first impression of the restaurant was the cleanliness and how the staff took pride in continuous cleaning as I ate dinner. The staff was also very nice and I applaud the customer service here. Kudos.
It's a taco Bell. If you get a big order, double check you got all your stuff before leaving, but that's all Taco Bell. The place is clean and relatively quick.
