I call to get answers about my mail and a person hangs the phone up on me after being rude and mean. She was not understanding my concerns nor my questions. I later call back to talk to the manager the very same person who was rude and mean was the manager sadly to say who can you complain to.
I dropped a package off 24 hours ago and it has not been processed. Shipped priority and they can't even get it checked in in 24 hours? The person at the counter would not give me a receipt to show I dropped my package. What's more, trying to reach someone at this post office is impossible. Their calls go to a recording saying to call back during normal business hours even though it is normal business hours currently and I have attempted to leave a message for the supervisor etc and every mailbox I reach is full. Poor poor experience and I will be very upset if my expensive package is lost.
